Delivery
- If I'm ordering both furniture and homewares, will I be charged for both deliveries?
- Absolutely not! If you order furniture and homeware products within the same order, your products will be delivered for FREE.
- I've ordered furniture with a delivery lead time of 4 weeks and some homeware items. Will they all arrive in 4 weeks?
- No, homeware items will be dispatched immediately and will arrive in 2–4 working days. Our delivery team will contact you in advance to schedule furniture delivery.
- What happens on the day of my furniture delivery?
- We can contact you one hour before arrival on your designated contact number. To use this service, please call us at (+44) 020 308 987 84, and we will inform the distribution center.
- Can I have an order delivered to an address different from the one on my credit card?
- Yes. You can add a new delivery address to your account. For furniture deliveries to alternative addresses, we will contact the recipient to arrange the delivery date.
- I've ordered multiple items of furniture with different delivery dates. When should I expect to receive them?
- All furniture items will usually be delivered together once all are available, at no extra delivery charge.
Ordering Furniture
- How can I pay for my order?
- You'll be offered suitable payment options at checkout based on your order type.
- Pay a deposit: For furniture not available for immediate delivery, pay just 15% upfront. We'll contact you when it's ready to take the remaining amount. You may also pay the balance in cash on delivery.
- Pay in full: You can pay the full amount with any major debit/credit card or PayPal.
- You'll be offered suitable payment options at checkout based on your order type.
- How do I add something to my shopping basket?
- Each product page provides full details and options like color or size. Click 'ADD TO BASKET' and adjust quantity as needed.
- How do I check out?
- Click 'YOUR BASKET' to view or proceed. You'll be prompted to sign in, register, or enter your password. We keep this process simple but secure.
Cancellations and Returns
- What is your returns procedure?
- Please email service@jvfurniture.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, address, order number, reason for return, and your phone number. We'll guide you through the return process.
